Fontana, CA

Peter Biloschaetzke has extensive experience diving in the Island of Maui, which attracts many visitors every year. Now, he publishes his book "Lava Tubes," giving readers a colorful depiction of life in this tropical island, featuring one particular memorable experience.

An afternoon of scuba diving in the pristine waters of the Island of Maui - along with a chance encounter with a pair of dolphins - seems harmless at first, fun even. That chance encounter by the author, his grandson Aiden, and a friend leads the trio to adventures not easily forgotten by the reader. Together, they explore the depths of the boundless Maui waters, their experiences turning into precious memories. In this book, the author reminds readers that all things are possible. Borrowing words from Yoda, Biloschaetzke likes to live by the principle: "There is no can't. Only do."

"Lava Tubes" is an exhilarating reading experience. Readers are treated to pages of the author's reminiscences - colorful in their detail and enthralling in their entirety. This book is perfect for readers wanting to have insight into the Island of Maui and the scuba diving experience it offers.

About the Author
Peter Biloschaetzke lives in Fontana, California, with his wife, Debbie. As of the printing of his second book about life in, on, and under the tropical waters of the Hawaiian Island of Maui, he is still employed at a major medical center in Fontana, although retirement is in his near future. Spending 45 years at the same place, the same Radiology Department, the author says it's time to throw in the towel soon, but not just yet. An avid reader, now an author of two books, he still finds the time to take his Cannondale on long rides throughout Southern California. The love for the ocean lets him enjoy surfing when time allows him to. Life is not only great with a loving wife, children, and grandchildren but also with writing, riding, surfing, sun, and fun.
