Authors Laura & Ruth Martin revisits their mystical children's novel with the sequel of "Raven's Promise." In "Raven and The Three Dark Shadows" (published by Xlibris), magic and fantasy is woven together to create an adventure story that young readers will definitely enjoy.

Just when Sheila, Snapper and Pen are beginning to adjust to their lives, adopted into a new family, an old adversary emerges. Kalik, an evil sorcerer who they thought was vanquished, reappears. Unknown to the children, she has come back with her two evil sisters to destroy them. These three, dark shadows lurk and scheme a plot to steal the children's magical powers. When a coven of good witches deep in the heart of Stonehenge have mysteriously disappeared, Snapper, Sheila and Pen find themselves on a quest to rescue them. With the aid of magical gifts from mystical druids, the three of them need to rely on each other to go up against three, dark shadows. Will their magical training and Raven's help enough to guarantee them success?

Intricately plotted with its richly drawn characters, "Raven and The Three Dark Shadows" will captivate readers with a tale of magic and adventure. It will also make them realize that despite any obstacle, they can achieve anything when they believe in themselves and stay true to their inner convictions.
