Acclaimed poet and author Elizabeth Clayton has recently released "Quiet Sheba: Volume III" (published by Trafford Publishing), the final book in a poetic trilogy. This new compilation captures the life's paradoxes, the beauty and the bleakness, the dark and the divine, in original poems that is at once poignant and piercing.

The number three has many symbolic connotations; in the Christian Bible it signifies wholeness, fullness, the circle joined. In the same way, "Quiet Sheba: Volume III" symbolizes completion of Clayton's "Quiet Sheba" trilogy, the grand finale to the exquisitely nuanced symphony of words that defines her body of work.

Clayton says of her book:

"In Volume III of Quiet Sheba, the final volume of the trilogy, I have, again, my lamentations, with their similar subjects and themes as different and repeated vehicles of carriage for thought, finishing the construct provided by work already known to my readers. There are death and triumph, joy beside heavy sorrow, but, more, the very purposed movement within experience, carrying toward a conclusion, that of one's own place, again, at table."
