Preparation has begun to gather some of the state's best women writers and entrepreneurs for a panel discussion. Ladies of Literature and Their Stories will bring together authors from a myriad of backgrounds, writing a myriad of genres and struggling with a myriad of adversities.
One of these talented and strong ladies is notable author Renee Jean. Renee sees herself as an extreme extrovert, thriving on physical activity, any kind of travel and being obsessively creative.
Ms. Jean would not be considered your stereotypical author. Working as a Las Vegas table games dealer, a very high performance occupation, Renee works on her physical health and appearance. She loves sports and riding her bicycle and training for obstacle courses are just some of the physical practices she uses to stay fit.
Renee prides herself on working hard to put a piece of herself in everything she writes. Her latest book, Survivor, has 5 star ratings on Amazon and is a must read for anyone. Domestic violence was apart of her life and now is a part of her. She only hopes that someone will find inspiration in her work.
Other notable authors presenting will be Judy Shine Logan, Lori Piotrowski, Judy Salz,
Nancy Nelson,
Susan Johnson, Cynthia De Boer along with event organizers Vicki-Ann Bush and Linda Stiles Fox.
The panel discussion will begin at 10:00 am. Those interested are advised to arrive early to get the best seats for this one-of-a-kind presentation.
