With terrorism and violence running rampant throughout the world today, people are searching for messages of hope in an unstable world.

In "The Jesus Principle, Volume 1: From the Deepest Mystery to the Greatest Love," music teacher and author Larry Meyer shares 200 personal and uplifting messages he has received from the Holy Spirit throughout his life and through his daily meditation.

"I find that irrespective of the adversity that may be going on in your life, when you still your mind and quiet your thoughts you can begin to feel and hear the small, still voice of the Holy Spirit," Meyer said.

Through his book, Meyer hopes readers can develop their own spirit-flow and therefore deepen their love and connections with the Lord, bringing much more happiness and joy into their lives every day.

"I feel that these messages, like love letters from our heavenly Father, are edifying and will bring soothing, calming peace to those who read them," Meyer said. "I believe we are all chosen, but it is up to us to answer the calling."
