Language Success Press Releases New iPad App for English Language Learners

Language Success Press, a publisher of accent reduction and business English materials, announces the release of the Speak English Around Town iPad app. The innovative new app helps English language learners navigate daily life in the United States. The app features 15 lessons teaching over 180 American English expressions useful for everyday life, travel, work, and socializing.

"The app teaches the American English expressions that English language learners need to know today," says Tanya Peterson, Marketing Director of Language Success Press. "The app features 15 short movies with realistic animated characters that show the language in action. Each movie has subtitles, with the target expressions highlighted. It's a fun and effective way to remember the expressions."

Interactive quizzes give immediate feedback with reward icons. The app offers many opportunities to practice the expressions.

The app lets users customize their learning experience. Users can add expressions they would like to keep studying to a customized study set.

The app is based on the popular book and audio CD, Speak English Around Town.
