Christen N. Bass is a native of Roxboro, N.C. She is the daughter of Crystal and Kelvin Bass. She has two brothers: Kelvin and Josiah. She developed her love for writing at the age of 12. Her favorite pastime is reading, writing, and eating Skittles. Along with her passion for writing, she also has a respect for all genres of music. Her loud, dramatic personality tends to shine through her work. Bass's helpless love mindset was the inspiration for this book.
