Authors L & R Martin introduce a brilliantly crafted novel which takes readers to an entirely different realm in their new book titled Raven's Promise. This book shares the extraordinary journey of three kids who find themselves in an odd world where humans morph into animals and magic can control the elements of fire, wind and water.

Small white house, number 364 on Bircher Drive houses Sheila, a young girl kept as a prisoner in her own house by her stepmom, Marcella Vanpelt. Marcella, a tall woman with pale, pasty skin with a long sharp nose, has convinced Sheila's biological father, that her daughter is mentally ill. Sheila is a threat to her because she is the apple of her father's eye. After years of cruelties and physical abuse, Marcella arranges for her to stay in a mental facility to finally get rid of her. Sheila's father reluctantly agrees.

In her admission to the hospital, Sheila meets Snapper and Pen, two young children assisting the doctor in the hospital. Realizing that all three of them had the same strange dream one night, they look for answers in Sheila's quarter. After Pen reads out a mysterious incantation from an old book, they find themselves inexplicably transported to a strange and dangerous land where humans can change into fearsome animals at will, where magic is real, where lethal pythons, fiery phoenixes, menacing sorcerers, and vicious panthers pervade.

Readers can follow this amazing adventure of three children who must act valiantly as they help win the battle of good versus evil in a bizarre, magical land. The Raven's Promise is an action-packed book which will enrapture readers to an astonishing, out-of-this world tale of magic.
