She was elected as the first woman to the European Association of Search and Database Publishing in Brussels and has won over 29 international awards for her management capabilities. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates from Webster, George Washington, and Harvard Universities, as well as Henley Business School and the Academy of Executive Coaching, London. She is an organizational consultant, leadership trainer and executive coach.
