Katie S. Watson felt that she was pushed by God to write "Déjà vu" (published by AuthorHouse), when the story appeared out of thin air in her mind.
"Déjà vu" is a sequel to "Trevor's Treasures," Watson's previously published novel. This book takes place in the same Israeli locations as the first book with many similar themes but features a new set of characters and new twists and turns.
Zach, a volunteer at an archeological site in Israel, briefly meets Ruth, the head archeologist's daughter. Ruth returns 3 years later, and bells and whistles swirl in Zach's psyche. Due back at Yale, he promises to phone her and they fall in love. However, their engagement is broken when their religious beliefs conflict, Zach being an evolutionist and Ruth a Christian. Ruth must save him though, when Zach is kidnapped by terrorists.
With themes covering Christianity, good versus evil and romance, this book is a thrilling and daring adventure that begs the question, "Can love conquer all?"
