Emerging Off-Broadway talent Kane Prestenback recently announced the release of his first Children's Storybook, "The Adventures of Little Kane: Quest for the Perfect Present." "Adventures with Little Kane" is now available for purchase from the Blurb Bookstore, and at http://kaneprestenback.com/adventures in bookstore-quality softcover & hardcover editions, and the new release of iPad/iPhone compatible iBooks format.
"Adventures with Little Kane: The Quest for the Perfect Present" is a delightful original children's storybook fully illustrated with over 75 original photographs. Written and photographed by Kane Prestenback as a Christmas gift for his parents in 2010, it was originally created as a hardcover photobook using self-publishing services on the internet.
Kane spent over 14 hours exploring New York City as he composed, staged, and photographed every moment in this book. In his tour, he visited Union Square, Macy's, Columbus Circle, FAO Schwartz, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and more, all appearing in the book. The "Little Kane" figure was originally created by friends of Kane as a way to incorporate him into photographs on a beach vacation he was unable to attend.
"It's almost Christmas and Little Kane still hasn't got anything for his parents for Christmas. Join Little Kane as he journeys through the Big City in search of the perfect present. Will Little Kane ever find the perfect present?"
Readers can purchase the book directly from the Blurb Bookstore, or visit the book's official website at http://kaneprestenback.com/adventures to read the interactive online version before purchasing.
