Julie Alles Releases Children's Book 'Willy's Wild Ride'

Julie Alles debuts as a published author with the release of "Willy's Wild Ride" (published by Trafford Publishing). "This book is based on a true story about a squirrel named Willy who took a ride from the farm to the tractor repair shop. I thought the story would be an excellent children's book," Alles shares.

In the book, readers will get to know Willy who lived on a farm and liked to play and sleep in the tractor. The tractor was going to the repair shop and the farmer had no idea that Willy was along for the ride.

Alles explains that the book allows children to imagine a squirrel taking a ride on a tractor through the country roads. It also allows them to see that farm life is more than just the typical farm animals.

Alles hopes that her writing will lead young readers to imagine and feel like they are with the character on their journey. She invites them to join Willy on his adventure to the repair shop.
