Joe Stephenson was born into this world an illegitimate boy. He never knew his real father, had a learning disability, dropped out of high school at seventeen years of age, and had NO self-esteem or confidence when he entered the workforce. By the age of forty-one, he became an executive vice president for a senior housing provider that had a real estate portfolio worth several BILLION dollars. He was a VP over thousands of people. This book gives details of the progressive steps he took and the success principles he learned over time that allowed him to go from DROPOUT to the EXECUTIVE SUITE.
