"To Adam about Adam: Where Science and Christianity Meet" (published by WestBow Press) is Jim Frederick's thought-provoking exploration of how the Bible and science are both integral to the understanding of God's plan for the heavens and earth.

When Frederick's son challenged him to explain the time differences between evolutionary and biblical creation, Frederick was stumped. "I was inspired to search for answers not only as a result of my son's question, but also out of concern for how Christian values and beliefs are declining today while, at the same time, our understanding of the world around us is rapidly growing. I felt if Christianity and science are both God created, then they should be growing together," Frederick recalls. "As I began writing, I started to see how scientific facts and Christian faith can both be a part of God's plan and support one another. It was a matter of connecting the dots between the two."

His son's question led him on a journey to bring his passion for science and love for God together into a more holistic understanding of God's plan for mankind. "'To Adam about Adam' describes how God is moving humankind forward in his plan and how the scientific creation of the earth and its inhabitants, the civilization of humankind and the spiritual evolution of man are all a part of his plan," Frederick writes.

In a personal way, Frederick shows readers how science and faith may embrace one another for the fulfillment of God's plan for mankind.
