Jannie McNeely makes her debut in the world of publishing with this children's book, "Charlie, Please Don't Say I Seen." However, she has been writing books as Christmas gifts for each of her grandchildren for the past 11 years. McNeely and her husband, Jim, raised four sons in the rural town of Falls City, Neb., where they also both grew up. After retiring from teaching first grade for 37 years, McNeely spends her free time writing, golfing, volunteering in her church and spending time with family and friends.
