NAPLES, Fla.
At age 12, Jan Carol laid eyes on a tall and gangly boy with dark hair. She knew the moment she saw him that she wanted to, at the very least, get to know him. Little did she know, this man would one day be her husband.
Jan Carol invites readers to experience the true story of her love for her husband in her new book, "The Dance of Life" (published by AuthorHouse), which tells of their relationship and the challenges they faced as they grew older.
"The Dance of Life" follows Jan and Jim Carol as they grow to know and love each other. From the early age of 12 to retiring in Florida, their love is one that endures the test of time. Jan Carol describes their story as one that is oftentimes funny, sad and sexy, but most of all - honest.
"More people are living much longer lives," Jan Carol says. "The realities of old age can be very harsh. How you accept and deal with them is important to everyone's well being."
