The book is about a young Hines who was greatly influenced by his father and mother to believe in God and follow his leading. Hines grows in his marriage, pastorship and his finance. He shares the story of how God does miracles for him as he is on a path to build a $5 million-worth church and center. He fosters wealth in the congregation and generates wealth for his children.
"People struggle in their marriages, churches, family and finances. The book deals with all four areas and shows people that they can be more than conquerors," Hines shares. "People need to believe in God and it will encourage faith in Him."
A snippet from "I Believed Him" reads:
One Sunday I asked him how to get a wife. He told me, "You pray for a wife." So I began to pray. My whole eighth grade year went by, and she never once smiled at me. I remembered the words of my father: "Pray like it depends on God and work like it depends on you."
