The peace and quiet they are trying to gain is short-lived as Louie's past caught up to him fast and drags him into danger and risks once again. If all of that's not enough, then there's the murder of Mrs. Hunt, a doctor's wife who's found dead in the swimming pool. Lt. Jay Hutchinson of the city police sure does have a lot on his hands as he deals with the investigations for weeks and unfortunately failed to come up with positive results. Will he be able to solve and close all these cases?

About the Author
Dr. Beeson was born in 1926, the son of an Indiana farmer. He skipped the 12th grade, was accepted into the Navy College Training program (V-12) and sent to Notre Dame for his pre-med. He graduated from Indiana Medical School at the age of 22. He is a Board certified Anesthesiologist who practiced in Jacksonville, Fl. for42 years. He was a caregiver for his first beloved wife for 6 years. A year after her passing he married her best friend who was a widow: again, beloved. He has five children in whom he is much pleased. He likes cruising, sports, flowers and life. He's been chronically healthy and mostly happy his whole life.
