In his new book, "Extinction & Evolution" (published by iUniverse), author Jack R. Kryder argues that the level of pollution human existence has generated and the shortages that will occur because of humankind's depleting all required natural resources needed to survive is a form of self-annihilation, and discusses the creation of "our successors in the form of mechanical humans." Kryder suggests that the two will come together at about the same time - when humans disappear is about the time mechanical humans will be functioning as our replacement. It's evolution in motion.
"The disappearance of resources causing shortages of food and water, if we do nothing, will cause wars and bloodshed-so we must do something to avoid the wars and bloodshed," says Kryder. "Extinction is something that we must prepare for, similar to our preparing for a hurricane-only extinction is permanent. This is especially true for those younger than 55."
Citing shortages of food and water, civil wars and global disputes over resources, Kryder concludes that extinction is inevitable and beyond repair, even if society were to reroute its path.
Kryder says, "The extinction of humans and the evolution to mechanical humans that is happening is normal, that it was destined to happen from the very beginning, is unstoppable and don't waste time and effort fighting it."
