Author Elizabeth Jobson bought a cocker spaniel out of a whim while her husband, Len, was undergoing chemotherapy. The wonderful canine turned out to be such delightful company to the couple that the dog became a part of their family and business life. Elizabeth Jobson has lived in Australia from Cambridgeshire, England for 40 years. She has always loved writing and words and has numerous articles to her credit in a variety of papers and magazines. Much of her working life has been spent as a secretary in the newspaper industry and legal world. In recent years, she is running a real estate business with her husband in the picturesque Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland of Queensland in Australia.
