Author Shane "Silky" Thomas tells his story with unflinching honesty in his new memoir, "Unstoppable: no matter how strong or smart my enemies are, they're still unable to create my downfall" (published by Trafford Publishing).
For the past 12 years, Thomas has been incarcerated and has only spent three months in the community. Chronicling his time spent in jails, prisons and halfway houses, "Unstoppable" is the true story of Thomas' life of crime and violence. He and his fellow gang members live a fast-paced lifestyle, but it often finds them at odds with the law.
Even in prison, Thomas becomes the subject of investigation by the guards and receives physical threats by other inmates.
