Hungarian born author Beata Dancs will let readers experience and taste delectable authentic dishes of Hungary prepared in the comfort of their own kitchens through her "Hungarian Cookbook."
Born and raised in Hungary and now living in Australia, Dancs lovingly writes all the best and well-known Hungarian recipes not only to share to her friends, but also to all readers out there in search of new recipe ideas to spice up their tables.. From soups, which are an important part of the Hungarian menu for lunch and dinner, to main courses which are a well-blended mixture of full-bodied flavours, down to desserts that are delightful endings to meals, Dancs menus are a blessing for those with discerning taste for international food styles.
Inspired by her friends and the neighbours who always ask her to cook during lunch meetings or even for parties and gatherings, the author also included party meals in her book. Written and compiled by the order of the courses served in the table, her book offers a wide variety of dishes readers can choose from. With listed ingredients that are easy to find, followed by easy to understand and step by step procedures in cooking, they cannot go wrong in presenting typical and savory Hungarian taste to a meal.
