NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ Dave Carvajal, CEO of Dave Partners and a thought leader in executive leadership placement, is announcing the release of his new book "Hire Smart from the Start."

Releasing on January 18, the book will tackle the complex issue of hiring practices remaining largely unchanged throughout the years while most other aspects of business have constantly evolved. Carvajal, cofounder of HotJobs, early investor and operating executive of Ladders, and now advisor to public company boards, CEOs and startup entrepreneurs around the globe, brings his 20 years of experience in recruiting high-power talent to contend in his new book that a deeper, more effective hiring process is the key to success.
