Drawing from her past experiences - both the good and the bad - author Helen Connolly shares compelling insights and uplifting stories designed to help readers find happiness and become more satisfied with life in her new book "In-Sourced: Contemplations for Conscious and Miraculous Living" (published by Balboa Press)

The concept for the book was born from Connolly's daily observations as a spiritual teacher, yoga instructor and mother of two. Rather than looking outward for sources of happiness and fulfillment, "Look inward," Connolly says.

"I feel very strongly that people from all walks of life are hungry for something more than the material myth of perfect happiness," says Connolly. "When ordinary folks are faced with extraordinary circumstances, like school shootings, floods, tsunamis and terrorist attacks, their lives need not be destroyed. They can, in fact, rise above and be more than they have ever been."

Speaking from experience, Connolly urges readers to be who they truly are, drop illusory stories and play with her in original innocence.
