Harry Lockhart Jr. grew up in St. Louis, where he experienced his first baseball game as a young boy. He was one of the early dealers of baseball cards and sports memorabilia detailing the late 1970s to the present. Lockhart has published articles in the St. Louis Java Journal and is a motivational speaker across the United States. Having worked in the insurance industry for much of his career, Lockhart is an innovator and creator of insurance training manuals, films and marketing systems. He currently resides in St. Petersburg, Fla. with his wife, Laura. The Beef is his first book.
