About the Author
Gregory Babin grew up in Rochester, New York during the depression era. He valued education very highly. He earned a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Rochester during the 1930's.

He moved to Maryland in 1948 and worked at the State Department as a librarian. He later worked for the Department of Defense as an analyst, and received commendations for his accomplishments. During his tenure at the State Department, he earned a Master's Degree in Library Science from the Catholic University of America.
