Gerber Life Insurance Company and Reading Is Fundamental (RIF), a not-for-profit organization that promotes reading in public schools, launch a "Book People Unite" program to inspire children to read more.

For each person who takes the RIF "Book People Unite" pledge* online, Gerber Life will donate a book to a child and enter the participant in the Gerber Life Inspired Reading Giveaway. The winner will receive a $10,000 Gerber Life College Plan.
