In Gerald T. Dale's new novel, "Joshua's Atlas" (published by Trafford Publishing), Joshua Burke has an incredible secret that he must protect. Joshua's life and Earth's salvation will be in danger. Is a reoccurrence of Atlantis' fate a possibility?

"The story portrays aliens in the opposite role to conventional scripts," says Dale. "It is a tale where anyone could be the hero with only few modifications to their cherished automobile."

Joshua, the title character, built a car that looks like a normal vehicle. But a flying car can't stay secret for long. Joshua soon finds that his beloved automobile is getting some unwanted attention from neighbors, the media and the U.S. Air Force. He must keep his identity secret from the government, who would like to steal his creation and take the credit. But someone knows Joshua's identity, two aliens who realize his special car is what they need to get home.

Dale has always been intrigued by the idea of visitors from other planets. He closely follows coverage of UFOs and their contributions to human history. Dale believes that aliens have given Earth more help than they have been given credit for.
