'Full Circle: Love, Hope, and Healing Poems' released Image Winifred Roemer-Sabajo's experiences, as well as her own challenges and triumphs inspired her to write "Full Circle: Love, Hope, and Healing Poems" (published by AuthorHouse UK). Her personal hope and intention is that these poems allow readers to dive into stories, thoughts and perspectives that will help them appreciate life on earth, and catapult them into shaping a loving environment for themselves and others.

The book shares a collection of poems that describe the simple joys and struggles of life, as well as transcendent experiences, dreamscapes and journeys. From the wisdom and struggle of indigenous tribes and refugees to the cycle of karma and rebirth, from a young, blossoming love to the kind glance of the neighborhood goose.

"I think this book will appeal to readers because of the simplicity in which different life circumstances are written," Roemer-Sabajo says. "The reader will be able to relate immediately, yet given an inspiring perspective on seemingly mundane things as well as very serious life-threatening things such as war and how we treat the earth and its environment."

"I would like readers to realize through my poetry that it is up to us to help heal our earth and to eliminate suffering of our fellow humans. Know who you are and love yourself first, then see the broader picture and make small changes in your own community that can help the greater good."

An excerpt from the poem "Child of a War Zone":
Child of a war zone, / Which choices / Are left for me? / Life seems worse than death. / I sat down and waited calmly. / I fell asleep / And dreamed of white flags / Surrounding me.
