In his new book "The Third Vision: The science of personal transformation" (published by Balboa Press), author Dr. Francis H. Vala, MD, challenges many common assumptions about the world and humanity.

"The Third Vision" introduces a simple, comprehensive approach to understanding different aspects of humanity, and the complexities of this world, exemplified by extraordinary stories, and supported by a pile of science and evidence.

An excerpt from "The Third Vision":

"Insane behaviors and thoughts are nothing unusual in today's world. So why is that? The answer lies in one word - survival.

As mentioned previously, the primary function of the body is to protect us biologically, through the brain, and for the mind to protect us psychologically, through the ego, from any perceived threat. The secret lies within the autonomic nervous system of the brain, consisting of sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. During distress, the sympathetic system takes control, enabling you to prepare for fight or flight."

Vala hopes that his book will inspire readers. "Broaden your vision, be inquisitive, and think 'outside the box,'" he says. "Learn to see through your Third Vision. Observe the entire world from a higher perspective as a unified, connected system."
