According to US Supreme Court, viewing of child pornography is a sexual offense. A person who watches them is considered a sex offender. In author Emmanuel I. Nwozuzu's book, "The Apology of a Sex Offender", readers' minds will be directed to the urgent need to appreciate the call for adequate paternal support. It describes the nature of physical play and mental abuse that drives one into committing something evil and unforgivable.

This book talks about a man who comes out to bravely admit to the errors of the past. He found enough courage to share and say that he is sorry to the people he has wronged and offended sexually. It is a revelation of his life and his dreams, struggles and hopes as he lived a life full of insecurities and inferiorities caused by his stature. Nwozuzu's book will give readers a story of offenses, account of an offender's therapy and counseling, his anguish and his enlightenment as he knew God.

Mr. VLV is a man who did not receive much support from his father, friends and society when he was growing up. With this lack of guidance, he developed into a sex offender. This is a true story but names and characters are all fictitious. The main character reflected upon his guilt and it is up to the readers to determine the earnestness of his apology. His courage to atone for his sins and his fast-moving story will be an inspiration for parents to be more sensitive to the upbringing of their children who needs their loving hand to guide them through the turbulent and often difficult stage of growing up.

"The Apology of a Sex Offender" is a fast-paced and motivational story that will take readers through familiar grounds of child development and maturity.
