Introducing a new way to recover from anxiety, the new book "Love Before Fear" (published by Balboa Press) by author and life coach Emily Aube shows readers the cause, effects and path to recovery from the phobias, triggers and emotional blocks characteristic of anxiety disorders.

"Love Before Fear" was designed to teach anxiety sufferers specific management techniques and behavioral consciousness practices, so that they may overcome their symptoms.

"'Love Before Fear' is a self-help book about healing anxiety and starting a life beyond your wildest dreams," Aube says. "It is based on my personal experiences and the epiphanies that led me to recovery."

Within this new book, Aube combines real-life stories and spirituality to foster a healing effect within the reader. Her main belief is that readers can choose a different perspective on life to reprogram their brains and free themselves from the confines of panic and fear.

"In today's society, especially in my generation, stress is not well managed," Aube says. "There are millions of teens and young adults suffering from mental illness with no actionable, permanent way to heal the root cause of their illness. I want to offer a permanent solution, a spiritual practice as a way of healing. I think there is a very large need for this information in our world at this time."
