Jane Bullock is a Founding Partner of Bullock and Haddow, LLC, a disaster management consulting firm, and was formerly the Chief of Staff to the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). George Haddow is also a Founding Partner of Bullock and Haddow, an Adjunct Professor in the Homeland Security Studies program at Tulane University in New Orleans. He previously worked in the Office of the Director of FEMA. Damon Coppola is a Partner at Bullock and Haddow. He is also author of Introduction to International Disaster Management, Third Edition.
