Edward Freeman, now retired from a very successful career as a manufacturing consultant, educator, and project manager, has completed his new book "Grandpa's Story of Little Teddy Freeman": a fun and enjoyable work that is the perfect book for grandparents, parents and children.

Edd wants his story of Little Teddy to convey how a 7 year old boy learned to give and keep his word. The lessons taught are also about instilling integrity and character. Those lessons leave a proud legacy that takes a lifetime of doing the right thing even when no one is keeping track of what you are doing.

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Edward Freeman's educational work is a family-based work of life in 1950.

Grandpa's Story of Little Teddy begins when little Teddy wants to earn some money to buy a rowboat. His grandpa needs more leaves to create a compost pile for his garden. His neighbor, Mrs. Alley said, "She doesn't much like raking leaves, and besides it's man's work."

Mr. Alley agrees to give little Teddy a chance to prove he could handle the job. He also has the gunny sacks that Little Teddy needs to bundle the leaves and take them to his grandpa's house. Little Teddy has a rake to gather the bundled gunny sacks leaves, and a Red Radio Flyer Traveler wagon to haul the leaves to grandpa's house.

It is grandpa who takes this opportunity; this relationship with his grandson, to teach some valuable lessons about life. It's a simple task to rake leaves, but only a few people enjoy doing it. So the first lesson grandpa wants little Teddy to learn is to find something that people need to do but don't like to do, and do it for them.

Readers who wish to experience this creative work can purchase "Grandpa's Story of Little Teddy Freeman" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
