Dr. Michael Christian Shares IN FOCUS: VISION, MIND & BODY

After seeing people's vision improve and discover new potentiality, author and optometrist Dr. Michael Christian wrote his new book, "In Focus: Vision, Mind & Body" (published by Balboa Press AU). The book explains how a person's whole being can be in focus, not just their eyes.

In his book, Christian says Quantum Ophthalmic Optics (QOO, pronounced as the letter Q) can help you improve your eyesight, posture, balance, movement and overall health. Christian considers vision in a connected and dynamic manner. He says he has applied quantum physics and holographic principles to improve vision and to "focus" well being.
