The average adult makes nearly 35,000 choices each day, according to reports. In times of strife or grief those decisions are compounded, making each choice more significant. Dr. Coyle looks to guide individuals into making good decisions while navigating life's turbulence in "GPS: Your Guide Through Personal Storms."

Dr. Coyle presents "GPS" as a resource tool that provides guidance in coping with loss, personal tragedies and confronting various struggles. With a Doctorate in Counseling, Dr. Coyle provides "comfort care" and assists individuals who are dealing with sudden loss and trauma.

"GPS" features testimonies, inspirational guidance, and strategies that will help readers manage anxiety, move through the grieving process, and reach a positive state of mind. Dr. Coyle also provides his commentary on how to make beneficial choices and assess the outcome of those decisions.

"We are either going into a storm, in a storm or coming out of one," Dr. Coyle said. "GPS will provide direction as you move through each day and are confronted with difficult curves, potholes and steep climbs."
