The new poetry collection "Golden Roses: Book of Poems" (published by AuthorHouse), by Dennis Michael Ehler, is filled with small "verselets," snippets of poetry that place much meaning in few words.

By intention there is little specific theme addressed by the book as whole. Instead, Ehler compiled "random verses to spread and select a broad number of subjects."

An excerpt from "Golden Roses," the poem "Troubadours":

"Spices and twinkles, for
My lover's hand. A glimmer
Of moonshine for my lover's
Troubadours. And some
Jubilant starlight for the
Gents."

With its wide range of topics, "Golden Roses" is sure to appeal to a variety of readers. Its unique combination of symbolist and narrative endeavors will offer a compelling emotional reaction from any reader.
