Deborah Opara captures the highs and lows of growing up in "Whatever Goes Around Comes Back Around" (published by Xlibris). In her debut novel, Opara charts a young girl's coming-of-age journey while exploring themes of alienation, self-esteem and family. A new marketing campaign is all set to promote this book which was first published in 2014.

"Whatever Goes Around Comes Back Around" is centered on the life and experiences of 14-year-old Savannah. Her parents tragically passed away in 2011 and so she has had to live with her stepmother and triplet sisters. Savannah moves into a new town with her adoptive family, an awkward experience further compounded by a classmate who backstabs her. As homecoming approaches, the young girl must decide if she is strong enough to rise above her bully.

Opara, a young author, writes with candor and courage, giving voice to the common struggles of being a teenager. "Whatever Goes Around Comes Back Around" is a tale of growing up and finding one's place in an ever-shifting world.
