D.H. Seiler, a retired local union president as well as a retired Radiologic Technologist, has completed his new book "Reprehensible Conduct": a gripping and potent work of fiction, full of excitement and scandal.

When asked about his inspiration for the book, Seiler stated "My book is about the life experiences inside a modern day union. I was lucky enough to be a local union president for nearly 20 years.
