"From An Enlightened Soul" is the creation of published author, Curtis Foison, who was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and raised in Philadelphia. He graduated from Central High School and received a Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship to Prairie View A&M University, where he graduated and received a commission in the United States Marine Corps. While serving in the Marine Corps, Curtis earned a master of arts degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University. Curtis has held several positions in management and human resources in business, nonprofit, and governmental entities. A long and successful career in helping people has been especially rewarding. His experience has given him some important insight into the human condition. Curtis is married and has three children and one grandchild.

His goal is to convey, through his experience with Jesus, an idea of hope, possibility, and expectation.
