Chuck Patterson has completed his new book "Caring Tragedy": a gripping and potent work of fact and fiction that delves into the life of the main character Mayble D. and her unwarranted tragic death.

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Chuck Patterson's captivating work depicts the ideas of kindness, chance, strength and acceptance.

"Caring Tragedy", even though mostly fiction, tells a story about the interesting series of events that took place in the Saunders' family of Levi, West Virginia, after the death of the family patriarch, Grandpa Amzie Saunders. The most interesting subject of the story is a young woman, who was no relation to the Saunders, named Mayble D.

Mayble D. was a loving, compassionate woman who put everyone's needs above her own...in spite of the fact she had many problems of her own. Unfortunately, karma played no part in her life, because of all the good she did for the Saunders and all the other folks she met along the way, Mayble's end was tragic. Hopefully, the Saunders family made out for the better.

Readers who wish to experience this enthralling work can purchase "Caring Tragedy" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
