Carolyn Gervais Releases I DREAMED I WAS HUMAN

At age 17, author Carolyn Gervais began diligently searching for answers to a multitude of questions she had about the nature of existence and humanity. She describes her journey of spiritual and metaphysical self-searching in her new book, "I Dreamed I Was Human: Awakening from the Illusion" (published by iUniverse), encouraging others to do their own self-reflection and use the insight she gained as a guide to resolving personal issues and challenges.

Gervais has overcome many challenges in her own life, including anorexia, depression, extreme introversion, abuse and teen pregnancy. As a result of her experiences and inquisitive nature, Gervais is well-versed in the health of the mind, body and spirit.
