Carole. E. Rogers Releases New Memoir

Author Carole. E. Rogers shares memories of growing up into adulthood in post-World War II Britain, her professional experiences as a nurse and the people who have touched her life along the way in her new memoir, "Born to be a Nurse" (published by Trafford Publishing).

"Born to be a Nurse" takes readers on an emotional rollercoaster, following Rogers' childhood in England in the 1940s and describing the realities of growing up there post-WWII. Carole. E. Rogers is a retired nurse midwife who lives in Kingston, Ontario with her husband, Ted. Both born in England, Carole and her husband moved to Canada in 1975, but still visit England frequently, keeping their roots there intact.
