Cancer Survivor Linda Christina Beauregard Shares I GAVE MYSELF CANCER, I CAN TAKE IT AWAY!

An apple a day might really keep the doctor away. When Linda Christina Beauregard was diagnosed with breast cancer, she chose a different method for beating the disease. In her new book, "I Gave Myself Cancer, I Can Take It Away!: Alternatives Brought Me Back to Life" (published by Balboa Press), Beauregard explains how changing her physical, mental and emotional diet cured her breast cancer.

"Sick people have been made to feel fearful when diagnosed with a disease of any kind including cancer," writes Beauregard, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. "They need to know if they take back their power and responsibility for their health that they can recreate a new body, mind and spirit that is more vibrant and healthier than ever before."

The detoxing diet that Beauregard followed included coffee and water enemas, parasite cleanses, liver-gallbladder flushes and vitamin and mineral supplements as well as a lifestyle change. Beauregard chose fresh organic fruits and vegetables and stopped eating processed foods.

Beauregard hopes the book will help other people find their way to lasting health, no matter their age or current health. "Alternative solutions can restore your health without toxic and sickening side effects. We are subject to many different types of toxicity through the choices we make on a daily basis that damage our immune system from a barrage of excesses," she explains.
