Conflict resolution program cofounders Elisabeth Seaman and Jack Hamilton, together with Sharlene Gee and Hillary Freeman, team up to present the principles of their Learn2Resolve program in their new book, "Conflict - The Unexpected Gift: Making the Most of Disputes in Life and Work" (published by iUniverse).

Seaman says Learn2Resolve's curriculum is based on the structured communication principles that serve as the foundation of any mediation process.
