"Chronicles of Faith" is about a young man who was raised by a diligent and understanding mother and grew up in a tight knit community as well as the lessons he learns from and through individuals he comes into contact with. This book is a collection of short stories that deal with issues and questions that may arise in anyone's life and how the main character Faith deals with the gripping issues in his life.
Faith lives in the Bottom, a neighborhood made up of colorful characters that oddly enough influence him. Through time, Faith realized that not every smiling face is a friend and as he ventures along with life, he has learned many lessons but the important lesson is learning of a mother's love.
This book will have the reader on a roller-coaster ride of laughter and sadness. "Chronicles of Faith" is a fresh look at old age problems told through the eyes of Faith and confronts subjects that are not talked about openly in the African-American community and it does so using strong language as well as Godly language to convey its message.
