Author Butch English, with Landon Horton, believes that the most vital leadership competency is recruiting. Without the right people on one's team, one will have no chance of success. "Recruiting and HIRING CHAMPIONS IN PLAIN ENGLISH" is for leaders who want to be champions on their field and in life. The authors are convinced that if one is good at recruiting the right people and making the right decisions about people then their ability to be successful in business and in life are much greater.

This practical book puts the spotlight on critical leadership competencies for ultimate success. With the art of leadership vanishing, this book should be readers' reference manual to take their leadership effectiveness to the next level. The authors have hit a homerun with this book. It is all about surrounding oneself with the right people. They give readers some examples of best practices on leadership, recruiting and hiring.

It is not often that people read a how-to book that really grabs them, but "Recruiting and HIRING CHAMPIONS IN PLAIN ENGLISH" does just that. The authors' simple, thorough, step by step approach to recruiting should be a must read for anyone striving to be the best.
