Bulldog Rescue Advocate Publishes Fiction Series About the Breed Image “Bullmina the Courageous Bulldog Comes Home,” by Lita Eitner-England is a fiction novel following two English Bulldog-loving families as they become neighbors and friends, eventually learning they are connected by a decades-long conflict. The loving nature of their bulldogs brought them together in the first place and helps them see the value of sticking together despite previous family drama.

Eitner-England started The Bullmina Foundation in 2005 to support animal rescue organizations, promote children’s literacy programs, and teach responsible dog ownership. She is also a member of the Nor Cal Bulldog Rescue. She began writing the Bullmina series so her children, and fellow bulldog loving families, would have entertaining stories with underlying themes promoting animal rescue and ethical breeding practices.

“Bullmina the Courageous Bulldog Comes Home” demonstrates how pets have a profound impact on their families and can bring love and understanding to any situation. Pet owners and animal lovers will enjoy this story of family, history, and to love of pets.

She is an advocate of animal rescue and adoption and participates in Visiting Author Programs at local schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. To learn more, please visit http://www.bullmina.com.
