Brooke Ryan marks her publishing debut with the release of "Faith, Grace, and Conquering the Impossible" (published by WestBow Press), an inspiring memoir celebrating the grace, compassion and generosity of God throughout her life.

"There is something for almost everyone in this book, young and old, with multiple life stresses and triumphs. We have dealt with violence, addiction, teen pregnancy, respect for life, mental illness in family members, and overcoming in general on many levels in my story."

"Faith, Grace, and Conquering the Impossible" is Ryan's faith story - about how she was brought up in a home plagued by domestic violence and other situations, became a single mom at 19, and then pursued and succeeded in her quest to become a physician. Hers is an eye-opener as she speaks candidly about domestic violence, single parenthood and how her life was changed when she allowed God to take control of it.

"I would like to show others we can succeed and thrive when we place God in control, and we really can achieve the purpose we are meant to serve. We can live happy and fulfilling lives, even after we experience surreal and traumatizing events," Ryan shares.

About the Author
Brooke Ryan is a contemporary Christian recording artist, practicing OB-GYN physician in central Florida, a wife and mother of three. After growing up in a divided home plagued by domestic violence, she became a mom at the age of 19. She initially began as music major for one whole semester, when the baby changed everything. Her delivery was the catalyst for her interest in the medical field, and she became a registered nurse, meeting her husband in the process. She initially worked in critical care, and then continued her education by completing her bachelor's degree and premedical curriculum while working and raising two children. She then attended medical school and completed residency in California. Ryan is currently actively working to promote and support Relief for Kids in Haiti, Inc, an organization she has been actively involved in since it was founded. A portion of the book and music proceeds will be dedicated to this organization. Donations can be made through reliefforkidsinhaiti.org. She enjoys her medical work, from delivering babies and advocating for life, to performing complex surgeries, and sharing her story and experiences and faith with others. Ryan is set to release her debut album, "Walking in Faith," on Blessed Day Records, recorded at Studio Live USA in Oviedo, Florida, in the next two months.
