Branden Productions announced today a new graphic novel funding project via the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo.com. The project, if funded, will provide for the production of initial chapters of an ongoing graphic novel, Barking Bad, an edgy, adult-themed comic with strong potential for an animated series or movie.
Barking Bad takes readers on a journey into a world where made mongrels from the New Jersey Canine Cartel collide in a Sopranos-like underworld filled with violence, sex and rock and roll. Viewers can get an early look at the project at http://www.barkingbadcartoon.com.
Project funding information can be found at Indiegogo: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/barking-bad-comic#/
"Sometimes, their bite is worse than their bark," says Kathryn Branden, chief executive officer of Branden Productions. "We're convinced that audiences will fall in love with our misbehaving canine characters once they step onto their contested turf."
